2 years a go we dipped this car with Plasti Dip. It was a mix of transparent and gloss. It is the second car where I strugle to take it off. I had to use heavy cleaners from Würth. I tried those citrus cleaners : 3 diff kinds. Other cars we dipped with Plasti Dip are ok. Only for the hood, it took us 2, 3 hours. www.bestmotors.at bestmotors.at

We got the DPF off from an BMW 320 D 150 HP and took the filter out. After that, the car was driving much better and the power increases with around 10 - 20 HP. No extra smoke afterwards. www.bestmotors.at This work was done by a car that its not driving on public streets. I know good method.Don’t need remove DPF, need only mill, gas input side of dpf surface approx 2cm, when ceramic chessboard arrangement become square, you can see same square hole on DPF surface.Not need ECU reprogramming. Should welding cover and install back.

I've only ever had 1 diesel ⛽️ car and have had problems with d p f , e g r and sensors, cost me a lot of money , now I'm getting shut of the car and getting a petrol engined car again .
Just took ALL that shit off my'12 VW Jetta. Tuned it with a Malone 0.5 tune, not a huge increase in power but man does it EVER run good now. Stinks like a diesel too.. I love it

I can understand diesel drivers that the expensive maintenance of the DPF gets really annoying at some point. But, let's face it... you could actually know that before buying a diesel with DPF, right? It was already known almost 20 years ago, when the fine particle reduction in this way began to be anchored in law, that this technology does not remain without considerable financial expenditure and in the long term. In this respect, no one should complain today. Apart from the fact that it is illegal, simply removing the particle filter is not really morally correct... is it? We all breathe the air equally. Don't get me wrong, everyone has to and should decide for themselves what they do. But the things (DPF, catalytic converters) are not installed for cosmetic reasons... they have their purpose... and God knows not primarily to annoy the owners.
Schon mal was von DPF cleaning gehört, sicher nicht, sonst hättest den nicht einfach kaputt gemacht.
